Property Damage - Project Manager

Established in 2007, Savage Restoration offers residential and commercial property damage restoration. Our restoration services cover fire damage restoration, water damage restoration, mold removal, biohazard damage restoration, and more. We are available 24 hours/7 days a week. Our average “on-site” time is 60-90 minutes, and we work directly with your local insurance agent. We take our slogan: “There when you need us” very seriously. Because when property damage occurs, you just want to get back to normal soon, with as little further disruption as possible.

Job Summary

A 10-year-old growing Disaster Restoration company is looking for a highly motivated, organized, customer oriented, Restoration Technician. This job with proper training will become a Project Manager position.  

Responsibilities and Duties


  • Participate in a mandatory 24-Hour, on-call rotation
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, if applicable.
  • This is a physically demanding industry. You must be capable of moving furniture and other household contents.
  • Must be able to work in confined spaces (Crawlspaces and Attics).
  • Simultaneously oversee multiple residential and commercial projects
  • Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors and insurance companies
  • Provide technical explanations to clients and adjusters
  • Attend operations and safety training courses
  • Coordinate job starts and schedule appointments with customers and clients
  • Coordinate work duties with subcontractors and field personnel
  • Coordinate after-hours emergency services as directed, including board-ups, water damage, fire and smoke damage, and vandalism
  • Implement site-specific safety plans


Qualifications and Skills

  • Two years of experience are necessary in water mitigation and/or fire restoration
  • Construction background is a must
  • Positive attitude accompanied by a willingness to accept responsibility, work hard, learn and grow in a team environment
  • Possess sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
  • Valid EPA Lead RRP Certified Renovator license 
  • WRT Water Restoration Technician Certification  
  • Willing to work nights and weekends when requested
  • Ability to identify potential site hazards (asbestos, lead paint, mold, etc.)
  • Clean driving abstract and a current license (We Check).
  • Pass Periodical Drug Screenings (We check)
  • Smoke Free Workplace
  • Background Screening (We Check).
